The Managing Body
The religious hospitality house Villa Crawford is a branch house of the Institute Daughters of Mary Help of Christians of the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco – registered office Via E. Alvino, 9 – Naples which is an ecclesiastical entity with legal personality, whose relations with the Italian State are governed by Law no. 222 of 20 May 1985.
From an administrative point of view, Villa Crawford is authorized to operate as a religious hospitality house by the Municipality of Sant’Agnello through the SCIA submitted to the same municipality on 22.04.2013, prot. no. 7389.
The aims
The purpose of the managing body is to offer kind guests a serene, restful environment and provide an opportunity to rediscover human and Christian values, in a relationship of respect and cordiality with everyone.
For their part, each guest, by entering this House, implicitly declares that they wish to accept these aims and to comply with the rules set out in these Regulations for the smooth running of everyone’s coexistence.
General rules
The guesthouse is open to all: women and men of every age and socio-cultural condition, lay people and religious, individuals and organized groups, self-sufficient disabled persons; believers and non-believers open to listening, dialogue, and discussion, drawn by the peace and serenity of the place as well as by the fraternal welcome.
Room reservations must be requested in good time by fax or e-mail, specifying precisely the day of arrival, departure and your needs. For the request to be valid, it must be accepted in writing by the Hous
Acceptance of the proposal is subject to sending a deposit equal to 30% of the amount relating to the booked stay or to presenting a suitable guarantee (credit card). In case of cancellation we will follow the rules of our cancellation policy
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated of people and belongings by 10:00 am. If necessary, upon request, luggage may be stored in a designated room, releasing Management from any liability for its contents.
On arrival, the guest will present a valid identity document, a copy of which may be retained by Management; they will take note of these Regulations and acceptance of hospitality will be a sign of explicit approval, without reservations.
For reasons of Public Security, guests are not allowed to let other people enter the accommodation at any time without authorization from the Reception staff.
From 7:30 am to 10:00 am breakfast is available in the Restaurant hall, to be consumed only in the designated area.
Lunch is served in the restaurant from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and dinner from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm
When going out, it is mandatory to leave the keys at the porter’s desk.
Rules of conduct
Guests are asked to show the utmost respect for the decorum of the house, for its purpose and for the preservation of the furnishings provided and, in any case, must behave appropriately for the religious place hosting them. Any damage intentionally caused to the facilities, also attributable to inexperience or distraction, will be charged at the cost of restoration.
Management is not responsible for valuables left unattended in the rooms and, in general, in the premises of the complex made available to guests. The rooms are equipped with a safe in each wardrobe.
We strongly recommend avoiding noises that may disturb peaceful coexistence, especially during night hours.
For hygiene reasons and possible allergies of other guests, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
In the rooms it is forbidden to: connect to the electrical system any appliance whatsoever (e.g. hot plates, heaters) brought along, (except for the electric razor and hairdryer at the bathroom sockets, and kettles provided in rooms where available).
For fire-safety rules: it is not permitted to smoke, light candles, burn incense and similar in the rooms, corridors, by the lift and on the stairs.
For hygiene reasons: it is forbidden to bring into the rooms food, meals and sugary drinks. Please contact reception to use the refrigerator reserved for guests.
Inside the room you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. It is forbidden to take outside anything found in the rooms (e.g. towels, shower sheet etc.).
Do not throw into the WC substances other than those for which it was designed. Do not clog the WC with diapers, paper or other bulky material. Use the appropriate bins.
Inside the Villa, decent clothing is required, respectful of others’ sensitivity and modesty: it is not allowed to walk around in a swimsuit.
Radios, CD players, tablets, PCs and similar devices must be kept at low volume especially after 10:00 pm.
Any complaint must be submitted in writing to Management, which is entrusted with direct responsibility for the proper running of the House.
Pursuant to Law no. 3, art. 51 of 11.2003 SMOKING is not allowed in the House, please use the dedicated smoking area.
